Restauracja U Kelnerów Katowice

I ordered the carbonara and unfortunately the guanciale was really disappointing. Some pieces were gummy, others had a very bad taste, so bad that I had to spit them out. I called the waiter to mention the issue, and instead of simply acknowledging it, he pushed me to explain “what exactly” was wrong with the meat. I just told him it didn’t taste right and that they should check it. He later came back saying “everything is fine” and offered to make me another carbonara with the exact same guanciale. Since the problem was clearly the guanciale itself, I politely refused.. What shocked me most is that, despite the dish being inedible, they still charged me the full price at the end!! Overall, really disappointing experience and definitely not the service I’d expect when something is clearly wrong with the food

Great steaks variety and good wines. Definitely a place to repeat. Very good service, specially Marzena was very helpful in decision making

Staff were unfriendly from the start. The food itself was okay, but after the terrible customer service, it didn’t taste great anymore. My wife’s dish was not good, and we immediately asked the staff to check the cheese they had served. They took the plate, returned with an attitude, and simply said everything was fine. What made it worse is that despite the issue and a bill of 600 zł, they didn’t offer a basic apology, nor did they remove her meal from the bill. Overall, I would not recommend this place and will definitely not return.

This is by far the best restaurant I ate in so far, the service was great, friendly and filled with jokes, unfortunately the server didn't speak english but still had super friendly exchanges with the help of my polish company, I took the steak and it was perfect in every way! And my companion also praised the dishes they had. I highly recommend this place.

One of my best place visited in Silesia. Really interesting interior, high level service and the most important - spectacular cooking where every bit is a journey. I recommend to visit this place.

This place's standard is way too high for Zabrze. If the city was this level it would be the best place to live. I ate steak all around the world and this was the best I was ever served. I think I shouldn't spoil the surprise try it for yourself. Absolutely outstanding quality. Thank you!

One of the best places to eat in Poland! Amazing food, amazing service and the waiter knew what he was selling (which is really not that common)

Really nice place. Delicious seafood platter, good kids menu. A dessert is amazing. Additional thanks to Mariusz who served our table for a highly professional service.
