We stayed for one night only but I can already say that this hotel is worth it. Beautiful rooms, nice location near the centre of Wieliczka and most importantly very friendly staff. We had a dinner as well in the hotel’s restaurant and it was spot on. The waitress was very kind and the food absolutely tasty made with love. Definitely recommend

The hotel was amazing- all the rooms had recently been renovated and were finished to a really good standard. The staff are lovely and they try to make you feel as welcomed as possible. The owner of the hotel, (called Lucas I think), went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable- he drove in to the centre of Krakow and picked us up for a small price which was much cheaper than a taxi! The food provided in the restaurant is exceptional. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very good hotel by the highway. Rooms clean and large. The hotel restaurant is simply royal with giant portions. Delicious breakfast. Kind staff. The only problem was the window of the room was connected to the terrace of another room and smoke from the guests came inside the room. While closing windows there was no air.

We stayed here for two nights (Thursday & Friday) and left with mixed feelings.|Each night cost us 154.10 PLN including breakfast and parking.||Firstly, as there isn't any other way to get there and parking spaces are abundant, I think parking should be FREE!||Secondly, we book a room with a double bed (room no.19), but instead got two single beds put together and topped with an uncomfortable thin double mattress and annoying sheets that keep coming off!||The room was clean but they didn't tidy the room in between the two nights.||Also, their toilet roll holder is situated behind you when you sit down instead of next to you, and there is no soap holder in the bathroom.||Breakfast is nice and generous (buffet). |
