An absolute gem for anyone who loves traditional Polish cuisine! Every dish we tried was simply outstanding — rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care and passion. From the hearty soups to the perfectly cooked meats and delightful desserts, everything was exceptionally tasty. The service was just as impressive — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made us feel like honored guests from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of delicious food and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Our group had dinner here tonight. We had beet soup with beef dumplings, duck with potatoes, and a cake for dessert. We each had a glass of red wine. The food is ok, but the dumplings were tough, the duck was good but not flavorful enough, and the cake was pretty tasteless. The restaurant decor is very interesting and the waiters are trying hard to do a good job.

The hotel has a charming old-fashioned style which is largely preserved both in the exterior and interior. The concern found in the details is really touching. Having air conditioning in such an ancient building was hence a pleasant surprise. The rooms are reasonably large and comfortable, parking is available and the hotel has a great location on the outskirts of the city centre. We dined at the restaurant and ate well, heartily and rustic just like the hotel.

Unfortunately, this visit to Zagłoba was disappointing. Both pappardelle pastas with duck and mushroom sauce were overcooked and unappetizing, and we couldn't finish even half. The żurek soup was average, and there was confusion about the pricing for the soup in the bread and plate alone as it used to be. We left after spending 127 zł, and the waitress didn't even try to acknowledge our feedback. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve the experience for others.

A very wholesome hotel with a carried out ancient style, easy to find by car and with a life-saving air condition system (it was 35C when we visited). It is situated only short walk to the city centre. We dined at the restaurant, which served hearty, regional dishes.

Really good food at the restaurant that was priced slightly above average, but served by friendly staff in traditional attire that adds to the authentic experience. Very limited tight parking in the back that is best left for those staying in the hotel.

Just went to the beautiful restaurant on the ground floor, very cosy, with greatw food and beer I recommend the beef tenderloin tartare which was exceptionally good and a decent size especially with the complimentary delicious homemade bread. Also Zagloba wheat beer was very good.
